After a month of design and development we have launched out latest WordPress site for the Australian Resource Conference. The Australian Resource Conference site uses Derek Pusalan’s Grid Focus at the core theme but has heavily customized. Among the clean design and rich corporate colors you will notice the dynamic content such as real time industry news feeds from The Australian and Twitter feeds.

We recently took on the site redesign job for the Australian Resource Conference which will be host in Denver next year. The conference has been staged for the sole purpose of linking US based investors with Australian businesses. With that in mind we knew the site needed an edge but also needed some corporate undertones. The client needed the ability to make edits on there own once the site was launched and also have the ability to feed dynamic content such as Twitter posts. Based on those requirements we recommended WordPress as it’s built in CMS is easy to use and highly customizable. Below are a few high fidelity mock ups.
